Approach.
My approach to counseling draws from Cognitive Behavioral, Person-Centered therapies along with evidence-based techniques. I take a client-centered approach to therapy; a collaborative relationship to formulate realistic goals with accessible strategies that the individual client can apply in their life. I work to establish a space of warmth and acceptance to support my clients while they resolve their difficulties and rediscover their strengths.
